Land O Lakes home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Land O Lakes rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 2644.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 247 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Land O Lakes in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Land O Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,503, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
