New Port Richey home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in New Port Richey rose by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 90.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $104,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,014 homes sold in New Port Richey in the first quarter of 2017.
