Who among us has felt the swell of Fleetwood Mac songs in our soul and not felt the urge to move in a graceful, powerful fashion? The kick at the beginning of ⛓ “The Chain” begs your body to move into Mountain pose. Hearing ⛈ “Storms” will make you involuntarily stretch your arms and move into Warrior II pose. Cobbler’s pose was just made for the twinkly  “Gypsy” — and just thinking about Stevie Nick’s sexual prowess will move your body right into bridge pose without issue. About your teacher:

The journey through yoga for Christina began in 2014 when she started bringing Brittany, a non-verbal, autistic woman to a local studio. Although at that point, she had never been too coordinated physically, she liked how it felt to quiet down and disconnect. It was completely transformational learning how to separate one’s thoughts and connect movement with breath. She also saw how much joy Brittany received from the practice and knew she wanted to share this inclusive healing modality with everyone. Shortly after, she signed up for her first teacher training and the ten months that followed were both humbling and transformative. She completed her training at the Jiva Patha school in 2020 and plans to continue her education in India. In the meantime, she strives to share this powerful practice in hopes of inspiring others to live a life infused with greater states of peace and purpose.
