Learn the secrets to making a flavorful broth - the essential base to Vietnamese pho. Explore the noodles needed to make the perfect bowl of pho.
Participants will enjoy a bowl of delicious Pho Soup made during the class.

Chef Victor has over 30 years of restaurant industry experience. Chef Victor has traveled throughout Asia, and the States picking up recipes and ideas everywhere he went learning from chefs of various cuisines. He is an avid believer in the benefits of balanced nutrition and the philosophy of “Food as Medicine.”

Cooking classes require advanced preparation and have limited seating. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cooking class will not be refunded.
If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled cooking class, you will receive a credit to your account, but we will not offer a refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled cooking class may receive a 100% refund
