Join us for an illuminating and enlightening Winter Solstice Ceremony and Celebration.

We begin the evening with a Sacred Raw Cacao Ceremony specially designed to heighten your subtle senses, open your heart, and lift your vibration in order to set the tone for our guided sound bath meditation. Cacao is the medicine of the heart. It awakens our beings and helps us feel more connected.

Raw Cacao opens your heart and third-eye chakras, priming these energy centers to provide deeper access to our inner worlds, heightens our psychic senses, opens us to divine guidance, and expands the quality of our third-eye vision. As we gather around the fire in a safe community, enjoy a short guided visualization designed to connect you deeply with the Cacao Tree and the Medicine it brings. We share this medicine in honor, gratitude, and reverence to the indigenous tribes of South & Central America; the Original Stewards of this Sacred Plant Medicine. Throughout this sacred ceremony, we will connect with our breath, our hearts, and one another as we weave a net of love and start to move our bodies and awaken our souls! We end the ceremony by deepening our connection to our bodies, our senses, Mother Earth, Ancestors & Spirit through free movement, and Ecstatic Dance!

Winter Solstice Sound Healing Journey

Explore your inner landscape in this powerful guided visualization sound journey. Dive deep within and peel back the layers to see what has been pushed down, within, aside. The Winter Solstice is highly symbolic of the cold and dark months ahead. It brings with it a need or desire to make room and time for introspection and contemplation. When we celebrate the Winter Solstice we are honoring the dark and celebrating the return of the light; the sun. We turn our attention to symbolic endings and beginnings; deaths and rebirths. In this special guided sound journey, we will be navigating the inner landscape in search of what we have buried or lost. First, we will call your animal guide, then we begin our journey to make peace with the past, make peace with your shadow, make peace with yourself. As you make peace with and release the stories, beliefs, traumas, dramas, and pains of the past, we make room to bring in more light! We make room to bring in more love! We make room for true divine abundance! During this potent time of transformation, dig deep, connect within, align with your heart and soul….let go of all that no longer serves you, make peace with the unsettled, surrender, release, rebirth, transcend, awaken. Once the guided sound journey is complete, we can take a few moments to journal about any noteworthy images, senses, messages, etc. and to write down our intentions for release, rebirth, and renewal to be released out to the Universe in a Sacred Fire Ceremony.

7:30 – 8:30 pm

Sacred Fire Burning Ceremony & Drum Circle with the Sacred Beat: Once we have finished our meditation, we continue our evening outside by the fire pit and release our intentions of release and rebirth out to the universe in a sacred fire burning ceremony. Dance, Drum, Release Your Inhibitions by joining in this soulful gathering of music, rhythm, movement, and community. Bring your drum, rattle, shakers, or clap along with your hands. Set your heart free and dance to the rhythm to the beat. Or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy the overall experience!

The event is capped at 50 people to allow for physical distancing. Masks are optional. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill.

Comfortable clothing recommended. Please BYOYM (Bring Your Own Yoga Mat) and blanket for the sound healing journey. Chair seating is provided for those that prefer seated meditation. Percussion instruments and drums also encouraged for the drum circle.

Teffa Honan:

Teffa Honan is the Founder of Pachamama Munai- to Love Mother Earth. She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Transformational Facilitator, Sound Healer Practitioner, Reiki Master, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Plant Medicines, Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circle.

Teffa Honan helps people through their spiritual awakening and healing journey. She helps them to align and tune their energies in whatever way it’s more suitable for each person, balance their chakras, and integrate their life experiences.

She facilitates a safe place for people to connect with themselves, God, Mother Earth, and connect with their Higher Self and Guides. She utilizes many healing modalities and techniques in her practice.

Dominique Grace:

Dominique is a certified Grand Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Card Reader, Qi Gong Instructor, Spiritual Counselor & Meditation Teacher. She is also trained and certified in Kundalini Reiki, Karuna Ki, Angel Therapies, and various healing modalities.

Through many years of study, practice, mentorship, and experience in various healing arts, modalities, and spiritual teachings, Dominique instructs others how to empower their lives by tapping into their innate gifts of healing and intuition. She is passionate about teaching and showing others how to enrich and transform their lives through meditation, guided imagery, mindset reprogramming, energy clearing, energy hygiene, crystal & chakra therapies, Reiki, and so much more.
