Odessa home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Odessa fell by $290,000 while total sales increased by 550%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 46.4% decrease over the $625,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Odessa in November 2019.
