How did home prices perform in Holiday during 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Holiday rose by $17,900 while total sales decreased by 45.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 572 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,250 - a 16.5% increase over the $108,350 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,042 homes sold in Holiday in 2019.
