2020: New Port Richey experienced a 30% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in New Port Richey rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 45.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 1,488 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 30% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 2,723 homes sold in New Port Richey in 2019.
