Median home prices in Dade City rose to $227,000 in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Dade City rose by $57,100 while total sales decreased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 247 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 33.6% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 347 homes sold in Dade City in 2019.
