The second half of 2020: Home prices in St. Leo fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in St. Leo fell by $274,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,500 - a 44.3% decrease over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Leo in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Leo for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,296, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
