Pricing for the median home in Holiday increased during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Holiday rose by $50,950 while total sales increased by 1050%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 57.2% increase over the $89,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Holiday in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $767, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
