Of the 5,157 people living in River Ridge in 2019, 51.5 percent (2,658) were women and 48.5 percent (2,499) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,368-to-1,338. In the 65 and over age range, there were 920 females and 731 males.
