Of the 420 people living in Pioneer in 2019, 50.7 percent (213) were women and 49.3 percent (207) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 213-to-134. All 37 individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
