Of the 4,312 people living in Moon Lake in 2019, 49.8 percent (2,148) were women and 50.2 percent (2,164) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,426-to-1,345. In the 65 and over age range, there were 283 females and 279 males.
