Of the 1,945 people living in Heritage Pines in 2019, 54 percent (1,051) were women and 46 percent (894) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 165-to-103. In the 65 and over age range, there were 886 females and 791 males.
