Angela’s Turtle Trot is dedicated to the millions of American that have been impacted by COVID 19. Pasco County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources Department dedicates this race to Angela Fagan, whose life was cut short due to complications of the virus. Angela was the Marketing and Communications Director for the department and played a key role in numerous community projects.
This 10k, 5k and 1 mile course will take runners down Coastal Anclote Trail, through the trails of Key Vista Nature Park, and over boardwalks that offer a view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is 85% paved trails/boardwalks and 15% hiking trails.
Proceeds of this event will benefit the Angela Fagan Memorial Fund for adaptive and inclusive recreation (PAIR) and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
All participants receive a race shirt, complimentary snacks, and finishers award.
