Of the 12,915 people living in Elfers in 2020, 51.8 percent (6,685) were women and 48.2 percent (6,230) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 59. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,459 females and 830 males.
