Of the 872 people living in Crystal Springs in 2020, 45.6 percent (398) were women and 54.4 percent (474) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 114. In the 65 and over age range, there were 78 females and 59 males.
