NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Canvassing Board will convene at the scheduled times below:

Wednesday, October 19, 2022, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, November 1, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Canvass General Vote-by-Mail Ballots

Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Continue – Canvass of General Vote-by-Mail Ballots

Thursday, November 3, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Continue – Canvass of General Vote-by-Mail Ballots

Friday, November 4, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Continue – Canvass of General Vote-by-Mail Ballots

Saturday, November 5, 2022, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Continue – Canvass of General Vote-by-Mail Ballots (If needed)

Complete Post Election Audit

Canvassing Board Members:

Kent Compton, County Court Judge Brian Corley, Supervisor of Elections Greg Giordano, Citizen Representative

Alternate Canvassing Board Members:

Joseph Poblick, County Court Judge Andrea Calvert, Citizen Representative Steve Spina, Citizen Representative

If the canvassing board is required to meet at times not listed herein, the time, date, and location will be posted pursuant to 102.141, Florida Statutes. Additionally, each meeting may be continued from time to time as needed to address the matters before the canvassing board at such meeting and the canvassing board may discuss other issues or address other matters, in addition to those set forth above, to accomplish the functions of the canvassing board.

NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

All proceedings will be held at the Supervisor of Elections' Elections Service Center, located at the Pasco County Technology Center, 38283 McDonald Street, Dade City, Florida.

This NOTICE is given pursuant to 101.5612(2), 101.591, 101.68, 102.141(2), 101.5614, 

101.5614(4)(a), 101.048, 286.0105, and 286.26, Florida Statutes, and Division of Elections Rule 1S-5.026.
