Land O’ Lakes Library to Reopen November 14

We’ve turned the page to a new chapter! Pasco County Libraries is pleased to announce the reopening of the Land O’ Lakes Library Monday, November 14, 2022. The complete, floor-to-ceiling remodel is thanks to the General Obligation Bond (GO Bond) Referendum Pasco voters passed in 2018.

Renovations include:

  • New adult, teens, & kids’ spaces
  • New meeting spaces
  • Expanded lobby
  • Renovated makerspace
  • Central service
  • New landscaping and outdoor patios
  • Drive thru
“Our Land O’ Lakes community has been very patient throughout our remodel,” said Digital Media Manager Robert Harrison.  “We can’t wait to throw open the doors and welcome them back to their favorite library!”

While some of the furniture will be delivered and installed after the reopening, you can still browse the bookshelves, use the computers and visit with your favorite staff members.  Library customers picking up hold items at the Land O’ Lakes Recreation Center can resume picking them up at the library November 14.
