Vote-by-Mail Ballots Voter Turnout Posted on WebsiteSample Ballots Available

Pasco County FL - Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, announces that vote-by-mail ballots for the April 11, 2023 Municipal Elections for the cities of New Port Richey, Port Richey, and Zephyrhills will be mailed on Thursday, March 2, 2023 to voters with requests on file. Vote-by-mail requests used to stay in effect through two General Election cycles. However, in 2021, the state legislature limited a request’s longevity to one election cycle. Therefore, on January 1, 2023, every vote-by-mail request on file expired.  The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot for the Municipal Election is Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Voted ballots must be returned to the elections’ office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, April 11, 2023.  Please allow enough time for first-class delivery by the US Postal Service, or hand deliver ballots to any of the three Supervisor of Elections’ Offices in Pasco County.  Voted ballots are also accepted at city halls but may not be turned in at the polls on Election Day.

When making a request, voters will be required to provide specific information to order their mail ballot, including either their Florida driver license number, Florida identification card number, or the last four digits of their social security number. The information provided is used to verify the voter’s identity. Requests can be made online at PascoVotes.gov or by calling my office at 800-851-8754.

Voters who wish to vote in person before Election Day may vote at the New Port Richey, Port Richey, and Zephyrhills city halls beginning Monday, March 6, 2023. Voters are encouraged to ensure their voter registration is up-to-date, and if voting by mail, that a current signature is on file.

Municipal elections are for voters residing within the city limits only.

Sample ballots will be available online at PascoVotes.gov approximately 30 days prior to Election Day.  For those without internet access, sample ballots will be published in the Tampa Bay Times on Friday, April 7, 2023.

Election Day voter turnout and Election results will be posted on-line at PascoVotes.gov after the polls close at 7:00 p.m.
