Census Bureau: 79.5% of people in Pasco County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 551,598 citizens living in Pasco County in 2021, 79.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 438,499 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 211,810 were male, constituting 48.3%, and 226,689 were female, making up 51.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Pasco County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 80%.
