As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Southern Pines Nursing Center was owned by Southern Pines Nursing Member, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Pasco County, has been owned by Southern Pines Nursing Member, LLC since Oct. 7, 2022.
