Drew Stegura, former Sunlake High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Thursday, May 15 in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Sunlake High School standout Drew Stegura’s current collegiate team the Belmont Abbey Crusaders won 5-4 against the Carson-Newman Eagles in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Abbey Yard at 6:25 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Carson-Newman Eagles in the tournament.

The Belmont Abbey Crusaders’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 6:10 p.m. at Abbey Yard.
