Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller issued the following announcement on November 11.
Facemask and social distancing requirements are rescinded for court facilities within the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, encompassing Pasco and Pinellas counties.
The order, issued by Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino, is effective Monday (Nov. 15), and aligns with an earlier order making face coverings optional from state Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles Canady.
