Pasco County Animal Services issued the following announcement on February 28.
Miss Laila arrived at PCAS in 2013 as part of a hoarding situation and was soon adopted. Here she is in her forever home!
“Just wanted to let you see her on her 9th birthday and to once again thank you so much for trusting her beautiful soul to me,” her mom says. “She is sooooo very loved! She is truly such a light in my life.”
