Of the 1,170 people living in San Antonio in 2020, 50 percent (585) were women and 50 percent (585) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pasco Reporter.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 124 females and 98 males.
