It’s one of the most ambitious economic growth and employment projects in #PascoCounty history! The Board of County Commissioners recently approved the Pasco Town Center project – paving the way for 965 acres of industrial, office, retail, hotel and residential spaces.
The project, at I-75 & State Road 52, is expected to create nearly 6,000 jobs and provide $70 million in road and utility connections with no direct cost to taxpayers.
