The purpose of the Greater Lacoochee Community Plan is to advance the planning initiatives outlined within the Northeast Pasco Special Area Plan and the Lacoochee-Trilby Strategic Master Plan by evaluating the area’s existing conditions, understanding the community’s vision for the future, and implementing a plan to balance anticipated growth while preserving natural spaces. Discussion topics include economic development, transportation, utilities, parks, natural resources, how land is used – and more!
