VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD DEADLINE IS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
That’s too much! Is that what you said when you opened that letter from the Pasco County Property Appraiser’s Office and saw what your property is valued at? We may be able to help, but time is running out. Monday, September 12 is the deadline to appeal your assessed value. The Value Adjustment Board also deals with property exemptions and classifications. Your petition must be in our office by 5pm. Being postmarked by 5pm won’t cut it.
The Clerk’s Office Board Records Division accepts petitions, schedules hearings and notifies petitioners of their scheduled hearings and decisions.
