On February 19, 2025, Bilirakis expressed satisfaction in providing a legislative update at a joint meeting of the Nature Coast Kiwanis Clubs. "It was great to give a legislative update at last night’s joint meeting of the Nature Coast Kiwanis Clubs."

Later that day, he mentioned his visit with members of the Citrus County Agriculture Alliance to discuss local farmers' needs. He emphasized his commitment to advocate on their behalf. On February 20, 2025, Bilirakis announced his support for the Death Tax Repeal Act by cosponsoring it.
