In a string of tweets from late March to early April 2025, Representative Bilirakis touched on themes ranging from economic policies to cancer prevention and concerns about technology's impact on society.

On March 31, 2025, Bilirakis tweeted about the economic impact of policies from former President Donald Trump, noting that "We are already starting to see the positive impact of President Trump’s America First economic policies with more investments being made in America."

The following day, April 1, 2025, he emphasized the importance of early cancer detection, stating that "Most people don’t experience signs or symptoms of cancer until it’s in advanced stages. Later the same day, he addressed a technology concern, noting discussions with constituents regarding negative impacts: "I’ve spoken to constituents who have been deeply harmed by this inappropriate use of technology and we must do all we can to put an end to this practice, especially when it involves children."
