Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller issued the following announcement on February 22.
We concede that one area in which Clerk & Comptroller Nikki Alvarez-Sowles does not excel is coaxing milk from a Jersey cow. Instead, she reserves her considerable squeezing expertise for each and every public dollar that flows through our organization.
But even if her production at the annual Pasco County Fair Celebrity Milk-off was modest, she nonetheless finished Top Elected Official. (Do not ask us how many elected officials competed; that's classified.)
